Meet Mark – Co-Founder and Director of Farm & Environment
Leads the development and care of the farm, creating a safe, sustainable environment that supports both young people and animals.
Mark was running his own construction business when he met Max, who encouraged him to try riding at the age of 42. From his very first experience in the saddle, he was hooked. Before long, the pair moved to Tutsham Farm with their horses. As their passion for supporting young people grew, so did their herd of horses, eventually evolving into the thriving community we now know as Team Tutsham.
As Co-Founder and Director of Farm & Environment, Mark plays a vital role in the development, care, and sustainability of Tutsham Farm. Drawing on his practical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, he ensures the farm remains a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment for both young people and animals. From maintaining the fields and facilities to continuously improving the space, Mark’s dedication helps create the foundations that allow Team Tutsham to thrive.

He runs clinics that help build confidence, encouraging every child to believe they can achieve their goals.
