World Mental Health Day 2024

We recognise the importance of mental health, especially for young people.

At Team Tutsham, we are committed to supporting the well-being of our young people through Equine-Assisted Learning.

We had the privilege of running a workshop at “The Big Mental Health Conversation” run by Kent County Council. We met so many wonderful young people with a diverse range of needs. We gave them a little insight into what our horses can do.

Horses have a unique ability to help young people develop emotional strength, resilience, and confidence.
We offer a safe, nurturing space where young individuals can:

• Build confidence and self-esteem
• Improve communication and trust
• Develop emotional awareness and coping skills
• Reduce stress and anxiety

At Team Tutsham, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to feel empowered, connected, and supported.
