The team was delighted to welcome back Di Stark and Sarah Savage for the annual veterinary inspection, carried out as part of the Maidstone Borough Council Riding School Licence.
As full inspections take place every three years, this visit focused on the annual veterinary checks. Each horse was carefully assessed to ensure they were in good health and that their tack fitted correctly and remained in good condition.
With so many horses to bring in, tack up, assess and safely turn back out, the day involved plenty of teamwork and organisation! A huge thank you goes to Tilly and Skye for volunteering their time, alongside the fantastic team of grooms, whose hard work helped everything run smoothly.
The Academy team also took part, making the most of this valuable learning opportunity. The visit gave the children a closer insight into the importance of horse care, welfare and maintaining high standards of equine health.
A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success, and to Di and Sarah for their continued support. The team looks forward to welcoming them back again this time next year!
