We were delighted to attend the Equine Experts Event hosted by Lillico Attlee, where we had the opportunity to share the impact of Equine Assisted Learning with attendees. The evening highlighted the growing need for alternative education provisions, as we spoke with many children and parents who expressed that mainstream education does not always meet every young person’s needs.
It was particularly valuable to discuss the ABRS welfare project and demonstrate how learning theory underpins every interaction we have with our ponies, ensuring both effective outcomes and high standards of welfare.
The event provided a meaningful platform for connection, conversation, and raising awareness—and, of course, there was also time to enjoy some excellent cake.
